This notice is intended for international website visitors, competitors, contractors, agencies, service providers, AI scrapers and other third parties. It does not imply that enforcement is identical in every country. Enforcement depends on the applicable law, forum, evidence and specific rights available in the relevant jurisdiction.
4. No claim to general ideas or industry terms
This notice does not claim exclusive rights in general ESG, CSRD, ESRS or VSME ideas, ordinary industry terminology, legal requirements, generic business methods, standard analysis methods or common market themes.

Unauthorised copying, imitation, adaptation, extraction, use or commercial exploitation of Orvenzia content or materials may constitute infringement whether such use occurred before or after formal publication, provided the relevant material was protected by applicable law at the time of use.
Nothing in this notice creates rights retroactively where no rights existed under applicable law. The notice confirms and reserves Orvenzia’s rights in materials that are or were protected under applicable law at the relevant time.

7. Confidential and non-public materials
Where Orvenzia provides access to non-public, confidential or restricted materials, such materials may be subject to additional confidentiality, contractual, access-control and trade secret protections.
