This screening takes ~2–3 minutes and helps us assess your current ESG readiness for customer requests, tenders and bank dialogue.


Please answer based on what is already in place today. Where relevant, we also consider pragmatic operational/process optimisation opportunities that reduce manual workload and improve data quality.


  • Yes — “Documented and active: you have a defined process/policy/data point in place, with an owner and evidence that can be shared if requested.”

  • Partial — “Planned or inconsistent: something exists, but it is incomplete, not consistently applied, not measured, or not supported by clear evidence/ownership.”

  • No — “Not in place: no defined process/policy/data point exists yet, or it is not accessible/usable for stakeholder requests.”

Does the company have an environmental and climate policy? (Covers energy, CO₂, water and waste – documented and updated)
Are energy, water, fuel and gas consumption measured and recorded? (kWh, m³, liters, tonnes – metered or collected from invoices)
Has the company set reduction targets for energy and CO₂? (Time-bound, measurable, linked to operations)
Is waste managed and recycled? (Selective sorting, % recycled, evidence packs)
Are materials and resources managed? (EPDs for steel, concrete, asphalt; recycled content where feasible)
Is Scope 3 data from suppliers collected and reported? (Transport, packaging, purchased materials)
Does the company manage occupational health and safety? (OHS policy, TRIR/LTIFR, audits, certifications)
Are employee surveys or engagement assessments conducted? (Satisfaction, retention, culture)
Are equality, diversity and inclusion addressed? (Guidelines, recruitment, gender/age/ethnicity KPIs)
Does the company have a Supplier Code of Conduct (CoC)? (Coverage %, documented acceptance, right-to-audit)
Is there a whistleblower system in place? (Anonymous, accessible, staff and suppliers)
Does the company have an anti-corruption and ethics policy? (Organisation-wide, subcontractors included)
Are ESG risks assessed at management/board level? (Annual risk assessments, board oversight, documented outcomes)
